Aldea Verde is a Spanish immersion pre-school with a love for the planet and its diversity. Aldea Verde gets its name from the Spanish word “Aldea", which means Village or small town, and “Verde” which means “Green”, the color of leaves, the color we wish it would be in the future for our kids.
Our curriculum takes advantage of a child’s natural curiosity and sense of exploration to discover all that goes on around them. We utilize all that nature has to offer, like the change of the seasons, the turning of the soil and the year’s harvest to make learning a meaningful experience.
Aldea Verde works hand-in-hand with the planet using recycled materials and showing love and respect for the environment.
"Aldea Verde has proven to be an amazing place for our son to grow. He started out when he was 3 and has spent almost 2 years. He understands the Spanish language very well and he's even speaking it; but he's also learning to read and write in English. Mathematics is a universal language and interestingly enough, my son learns a lot of it in Spanish but translates it perfectly and accurately in English. We love Aldea Verde for so many reasons but one of the primary things is how Luisi allows the children to learn by doing. You won't find the kids sitting and watching the teachers teach all day long. The kids are active participants in their own education, both socially and mentally. The environment is very loving and safe for the kids. We just couldn't be happier or more appreciative, and neither could or son."
"Such an amazing environment for exploration and true learning."
"We feel so grateful for all you do. The Aldea verde is and will be forever the right place to be, belong, and grow. Gracias Aldeitas! Son lo máximo!"
